1.0 - Float of Lambrusco

Shake & Strain over ice into Chimney Glass

Top with Lambrusco

Garnish - Half Grapefruit Wheel

*Slice up 1 Lemon, ½ Grapefruit, and add to blender w/ 500g sugar and 500g water. Blend and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer—Refrigerate syrup after straining.

Shake, Double-Strain  into Coupe

0.75 - Always, Honey Simple

0.5 - Pomegranate Molasses

0.25 - Lime Juice

Shake, Strain into Couple

Garnish - Ground Dried Hibiscus Petals, Coffee, Sugar, and Chili Flake

*Tequila Infusion: 3 Tbs Mole Paste per 750ml bottle of Tequila

(or ½ tsp to 1.5oz)

*Shake or blend together and strain through paper filter
