Garnish - Lime Wedge

0.5 - Lime Juice, Honey Simple

0.25 - Limoncello

2 Dashes - Angostura Bitters

Shake, Strain over ice into Chimney Glass

Garnish - Pineapple Frond, Cherry, and

Orange Swarth

Always Spritz

0.75 - Always

0.5 - Byrrh, Dolin Blanc

Add to Wine Glass with Ice

Top with Soda and Cava

Garnish - Grapefruit Wheel

“Blood Money”

1.5 - Mezcal

1.0 - Always

1 Barspoon - Orange Chili Marmelatta

0.25 - Pomegranate Molasses, Lemon Juice, Hibiscus Syrup

Shake, Double-Strain  into Coupe

Garnish - Hibiscus Flower

“Taste of Madness”

1.5 - Mole-Infused Tequila

0.75 - Always, Honey Simple

0.5 - Pomegranate Molasses

0.25 - Lime Juice

Shake, Strain into Couple

Garnish - Ground Dried Hibiscus Petals, Coffee, Sugar, and Chili Flake

*Tequila Infusion: 3 Tbs Mole Paste per 750ml bottle of Tequila

(or ½ tsp to 1.5oz)

*Shake or blend together and strain through paper filter 

“It's Dreamy Weather

1.5 - Dark Rum

0.75 - Always, Orange Juice

0.25 - Sherry Vinegar, Blackstrap Molasses

Shake, Strain into Coupe

Garnish - Orange Swarth

“Bird Law

0.75 - Always, Plantation Stiggins, Lime

0.5 - Uruapan Rum, Guava Puree

0.25 - Aperol, Honey Simple

3 Dashes Angostura

Shake, Pour into Cocktail Glass

Garnish - Pineapple Frond, Orange Swarth
