Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz - Amaro No. 1 - Grassy Eden
  • 1.0 oz - Cucumber Juice
  • 0.75 oz - Honey Simple
  • 0.5 oz - Gin
  • 0.5 oz - Lime Juice

Instructions

​Insert the Cucumber Ribbons inside a Chimney or Collins glass so that they touch the walls of the glass, then add ice to keep them in place. Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker tin with ice, shake vigorously, and strain into the glass. Then garnish with the pea shoots, pat yourself on the back, and enjoy!
