Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz - Amaro No. 2 - Golden Hour
  • 0.5 oz - Gin
  • 0.5 oz - Solgud Orange Liqueur
  • 0.5 oz - Lime Juice

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Rub a Coupe glass with citrus and roll through the Fennel Pollen/Sugar rim. Then double-strain the cocktail into the rimmed Coupe. 

*Add Fennel Pollen to a spice grinder and lightly pulse (you don’t want it to be powder). Then add sugar (2 parts Fennel Pollen mixture to 1 part sugar).
