Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz. - Amaro No. 4 - Rustling Wood
  • 1.5 oz. - Midnight Still Stout (or your favorite rich stout)
  • 1.0 oz. - Cold Brew

Instructions

Add amaro and coffee to a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Then gently pour the stout into the mixing tin and strain the whole mixture into a Coupe glass. Sprinkle cocoa nibs on one half of the drink, then lightly grate parmesan over the other half.
