  • 1.5 oz - Lustau Manzanilla Sherry
  • 1.0 oz - Amaro No.1 - Grassy Eden
  • 1.0 oz - Westland Wine Cask Whiskey
  • 3 drops - Sherry Vinegar

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail pitcher with ice. Stir and Strain into a Coupe. Garnish with a Manzanilla Olive on a cocktail pick
