Ingredients

  • 1.25 oz - Amaro No. 2 - Golden Hour
  • 1.0 oz - Stiggins Pineapple Rum
  • 0.5 oz - Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz - Pineapple Juice
  • 0.5 oz - Rich Simple Syrup
  • 2 drops - Saline Solution

Instructions

Add all contents into a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Add a large ice cube to an Old Fashioned glass. Double strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with Pineapple Fronds.
