  • 1.5 oz. - Mezcal
  • 1.0 oz. - Amaro No. 5 - Always
  • 0.25 oz. - Pomegranate Molasses
  • 0.25 oz. - Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 oz. - Hibiscus Syrup
  • 1 Barspoon - Orange Chili Marmelatta (Sebastiano's)

Instructions

Paint the rim of a Coupe glass with citrus or honey and roll through Hibiscus Petals. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously. Then double-strain into the rimmed Coupe glass. 

* Add Dried Hibiscus Petals to a spice grinder and lightly pulse.
