Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz - Sake (Tahoma Fuji)
  • 1.0 oz - Amaro No. 2 - Golden Hour
  • Splash - Prosecco

Instructions

Add the Sake, Amaro, and Mint into a mixing glass. Muddle or press the Mint lightly to release its goodness. Then add ice (or a large ice cube) to a Rocks glass. Strain the cocktail over the ice. Top off the glass with Prosecco and garnish with more Mint.
