Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz - Mezcal
  • 1.0 oz - Amaro No. 2 - Golden Hour
  • 0.75 oz - Grapefruit Juice
  • 0.5 oz - Honey Simple
  • 0.25 oz - Champagne Vinegar
  • Top - Club Soda

Instructions

Add mezcal, amaro, grapefruit juice, honey, and vinegar to a shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously. Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice. Strain the cocktail into the glass and top off with Soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit swath.
