  • 1.25 oz - Amaro No. 3 - Last Leaf
  • 1.0 oz - Scotch
  • 1.0 oz - Honey Simple
  • 0.75 oz - Lemon Juice
  • 1 count - egg white

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and vigorously dry shake. Then add ice to a shaker tin and shake again. Double-strain the cocktail into a Coupe glass.  Advanced option: Stencil leaf for top design
