Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz - Amaro No. 2 - Golden Hour
  • 0.75 oz - Bourbon
  • 0.375 oz - Rich Simple Syrup
  • 15 leaves - Mint

Instructions

Add mint into a mixing glass with rich syrup and press with a muddler. Add spirits and ice to the mixing glass and stir until cold. Fill a Copper Cup (or similar vessel) with crushed ice. Strain cocktail over ice and garnish with more mint.
