  • 0.75 oz. - Amontillado Sherry
  • 0.75 oz. - Fino Sherry
  • 0.5 oz. - Amaro No. 4 - Rustling Wood
  • 0.5 oz. - Simple Syrup
  • 0.25 oz. - Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes - Orange Bitters

Instructions

Fill a Collins glass with crushed ice and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and pour into the Collins glass. Garnish with a cherry and citrus of your choice!
